About
For Justinian Lane, the drive to practice asbestos law is more than a professional pursuit, but a personal one as well.
Lane, who’s lost two close family members to cancers caused by asbestos exposure, is motivated to hold accountable those who have negligently and needlessly put their workers in harm’s way. As someone who’s experienced, first-hand, what the loved ones of asbestos exposure victims go through, he handles each case with a personal and sensitive approach.
Aside from the personal motivation, Lane is also driven by the challenge of facing the best attorneys money can buy, as asbestos defendants turn to the top lawyers and law firms they can afford due to the high stakes involved. Drawing on technology expertise garnered from ten years spent as a private consultant for such companies as the Microsoft Corporation, Lane is able to take on cases against very large corporations with representation from very large law firms.
Lane started the Asbestos Legal Journal with the desire to shed light on the subject of asbestos litigation, an area with a lot going on that the general public does not know about.
